We were thrilled to see that one of our jam makers - Dagstani & Sons - was featured as a Warby Parker Class Trip this August. We've been big fans of what Raj is doing since the beginning of Colorado Crafted. Even more lovely is the fact that he works side by side with his two young sons.
Raj once described his jams to me as being "manly jams", a concept which always makes me giggle. I'm not really sure what makes a jam manly, but I do know that Raj's creations are always amazing. We've been big fans of his Pear Vanilla preserves, which feature specks of fresh vanilla bean throughout; we've also gone through a few cases of his Rhubarb Ginger preserves. And now we're anxiously awaiting his latest flavor for fall & the holidays - Blackberry Pear!
