The buttery sweetness of shortbread meets the salty crunch of a pretzel! On Tap took crumbs from their Original Salted Pretzels and used them in place of much of the flour in classic shortbread to create a delicate, buttery cookie that is sweet and just a bit salty. Good Food Award winner!
