We discovered this flavorful, unusual hot sauce earlier this year and have been obsessed with it ever since. It's called Chile Crunch.
Hot chiles are sauteed in oil with small pieces of garlic and onion until crisp. The result is crunchy, smoky, spicy, and completely addicting. I've been dolloping this flavorful condiment on hard boiled eggs, salads, slices of avocado, quinoa, and much more. Anywhere you could use a little heat and a little crunch - this stuff is amazing. You can currently find it in this gift box.

We were thrilled to see that one of our jam makers - Dagstani & Sons - was featured as a Warby Parker Class Trip this August. We've been big fans of what Raj is doing since the beginning of Colorado Crafted. Even more lovely is the fact that he works side by side with his two young sons.
Raj once described his jams to me as being "manly jams", a concept which always makes me giggle. I'm not really sure what makes a jam manly, but I do know that Raj's creations are always amazing. We've been big fans of his Pear Vanilla preserves, which feature specks of fresh vanilla bean throughout; we've also gone through a few cases of his Rhubarb Ginger preserves. And now we're anxiously awaiting his latest flavor for fall & the holidays - Blackberry Pear!
Check out the article & pics by Warby Parker, they're really wonderful!

Devil's Backbone is a really lovely open space area in Larimer County, just west of Loveland.
This area was undamaged by Colorado's recent floods and is easily accessible. There's even an easy 2 mile loop that's perfect for families!
We're excited about our latest selection of hand-made truffles for this fall! How beautiful are these?
They're made by Robin Chocolate, based in Longmont, Colorado.

Oh, hey, we know those ladies gracing the Life section of the Longmont Times-Call. It's us! Thanks to the TC for coming over and spending some time chatting about what we're doing at Colorado Crafted. The second best thing to eating all this great food might just be talking about it.
We were very excited to be featured in this month's issue 5280, Denver's very fabulous magazine. They had some very nice things to say, and we are flattered!
